YAMAMAY IN THE MIRROR – TV commercial directed by Paolo Sorrentino and starring Isabella Ferrari

The first TV commercial by Yamamay will go on air on all Italian channels starting 26th September.

 

It’s more of a movie than a video clip: it is directed by Paolo Sorrentino, one of the world’s most famous Italian movie directors, and played by Isabella Ferrari, one of the most popular Italian actresses. Top quality, elegance, sensuality: these are the ingredients for the brand first TV commercial.

Shot at Villa Fiorana, in Rome, this shortfilm came from an idea by art director Alfredo Favi. Produced by Collateral Films together with Luca Bigazzi as DoP.

The theme is love: love for ourselves – as the brand’s claim says “Per chi si ama” – and love for made in Italy as well. The soundtrack is a proper tribute to love and Italian products: “Per un’ora d’amore” by Antonella Ruggiero, in 2007 version with Subsonica.

At last, the winners of Yamamay Models 2010 were proclaimed!

At last, the winners of Yamamay Models 2010 were proclaimed!

Three girls, who immediately captivated the jury with their stunning beauty and breathtaking charm!

The Yamamay Jury (Ilaria Barone – Yamamay Communication Manager- and  Cristiano Cesario – Communication Assistant) and the Elite Jury (Leonardo Da Silva Gomes – Model Manager-  and Mario Cugnata – Booking Director) evaluated more than 100 finalists, selecting just 9 girls (3 of them are the winners). The nine girls of the Final Casting were:

ANNA FERRINI, 22 years old. She is the girl voted by the People’s Jury. The beautiful Neapolitan girl captivated the jury with her statuesque body and punch!

Here is the finalists, chosen by the Expert Jury, who were put through to the final stage:

ARIANNA CAROBENE, a Roman girl with a super sweet face and a perfect body. She impressed the jury with her spontaneity and simpleness.

LORENZA LIROSI, a doe-eyed Roman teenager with a lovely skin and fabulous hair…  

SILVIA BUSUIOC, a super sexy Moldavian girl. Femininity and sensuality… her winning weapons!

Among the finalists of the Live Casting:

CHIARA DE STEFANO. With her gorgeous face, she is perfect to be a make-up model! The jury was really struck by her crystal and magnetic eyes.

IRINA, a German girl with a doll-like face and a breathtaking body. She came directly from Cologne, travelling by camper, to take part in the Final Casting!

… and then the winners …

Let’s start from the THIRD PRIZE:

BRUNA NDIAYE, Italo-Senegalese. She lives in Genova. A pantheress with a really perfect body. “One of the most beautiful body we have ever seen!”, revealed the jury.

SECOND PRIZE:

LUNA ISABELLA VOCE. Her mother is Dutch and her father is Calabrian, giving her a gorgeous mix expressed in her beauty and stature. Luna is a dark green-eyed girl with perfect lips and a magnetic look.

FIRST PRIZE:

WERUSKA GALVALISI, Brazilian. Simply THE BEST! She is beautiful, self-confident, appealing and sexy. Also, she has a charming smile and a perfect walk… Flowing hair, retroussé nose, sculptural body and thick lips … she has no faults!

But the jury selected this girl as winner especially for her character. She is brilliant, direct, sweet and really very nice!!!

We hope to organize a second edition of this contest soon… maybe giving a chance to boys too!!!!!

World-renowned DJ and record producer, he joins Yamamay to promote both our Winter/Christmas 2010 and Basic Collections.   A brilliant combination for the launch of a really particular, cool and versatile line, which best represents this captivating mix Bob Sinclar-Yamamay!

Yamamay has selected this famous DJ for several reasons: his amazing music, the innovation brought with “On the dance floor” and even the messages of Love, Life and Altruism expressed through his music. An artist with an extremely positive attitude to life, a good example for all teenagers in today’s society. That’s why LOVE GENERATION!!

The photos, which make this advertising campaign unique, have been taken by Scottish photographer RANKIN.

Rankin has photographed all of the most famous international artists on the music scene, movie stars and celebrities in the world of fashion.

YAMAMAY MODELS – LIVE CASTING IN MILAN!!

On September 9th the first round of the Yamamay Models Live Casting tour took place in Milan.

Yamamay Models is the new contest organized by Yamamay to find a girl who can become a professional model. The winner will receive the offer of a one-year contract with the Elite Model Management Milano agency.

During the first round, the first selection of models took place at our Yamamay store located in Milan, at Corso Vittorio Emanuele II: more than 300 girls were interviewed and photographed.

They waited in line to transform their dream into reality!!

As soon as possible we will make known full details regarding the next dates in Italy.
